If I could put no stars I would. My dress was ruined. Disgustingly rude once I pointed out the issue. Long story short, [redacted personal identifier] was very aggressive and argumentative, I was in tears and he demanded I leave with my ruined dress!!!! Worst experience I have ever had and stupid me, paid in advance!!!!!!!!

Lorraine is not here but there is a grumpy man who could improve his customer service. $15.00 to take up a pair of jeans which seems about the standard price in westfield's - they did a good job - but took 3 days
