I have shopped at Lost River since arriving in Canberra four years ago. The quality of the grass fed meat is excellent. My children regularly comment on how they know it's Lost River meat as it tastes like real meat. They also stock Country Valley dairy products and variety of delicious cheeses. I have been happily shopping at Lost River Produce for probably close to two years now. I've appreciated the choice of quality local produce at competitive prices. I particularly enjoy their sausages and cuts of pork and beef. They stock eggs and dairy also. Lost River Produce offer a loyalty discount card that gives 20% off on your 5th shop, which i've happily taken advantage of on a number of occasions.

Note that this year I have been disappointed to see that all the fruit and veg is now gone. It seems that they were not moving enough of it. Also this year the other fruit and veg store in Dickson has closed. I recommend showing some support and encouraging them to bring back their fruit and veg to give us another option to picking it all up at the supermarket. Their potatoes, pumpkins and brown onions were always great for roasting and reliably cheaper than the supermarket.
