Recently had LoungeRepairGuys two repairs done to my lounge cushions. Requested the whole seam be re-stitched, but tech insisted on only stitching the split and said their warranty covered further repairs if the stitching adjacent was to split again. Within a month, stitching adjacent the repairs split in both locations. Contacted the company (Shantelle) who refused to honour the warranty and have stopped replying to emails. Just another money grabbing attempt. Beware!
Yeah! Nah! Too busy, too expensive.
