Yes it was a long wait for our recliners, but no different to elsewhere - no thanks to COVID! Customer service from Warner’s Bay was great though during the process. Mid way through the wait, we were offered an alternative similar style that had come into stock, but we chose to wait. When they arrived we were offered free delivery which we certainly hadn’t expected. Thank you to the lovely staff from Warner’s Bay, who were always so helpful & friendly. I would certainly purchase from them again.

First I was overcharged, then they did not sign the warranty card for the fabric protection. Plus all the things I was told about the fabric protection was untrue. Not all normal stains are covered, they do not come out and treat the stain (unless you live in capital cities). Was not told the lounge will not fit through a standard door. The sales person filled out the order form with a price higher than the ticketed price. The lounge appears to be worth the ticketed price but I can not comment on durability as I have not had it long enough.
