We had been given a contract time for a completed gazebo that fitted with our other building program. It went months over which held up our builders and we were left with a mosquito pit for months as well as the rest of our build depended on it being complete. They had to be chased up, offered no apology or discount for all the trouble and very late install. Very poor communication. Hopefully the actual gazebo has been worth all the trouble. They also held the remote as a ransom for the full payment. This went beyond a COVID issue as there was a contract and went way later than what was promised.
