I've been a very satisfied customer of Klawz for years now and I'm still amazed at how Sarah Jane cuts my hair just perfectly as I want it every time. Prices are reasonable and their offers/rewards are always appealing. I've never looked forward to getting my hair cut so much before and it's nice when people compliment each cut so I can recommend Sarah Jane and the Klawz team. Keep doing what you're doing !

First time at Klawz and was impressed with how relaxed, fun but still very professional this salon was. Nicki greeted me and I was asking the impossible to go from dark brown to blonde. Nicki made sure that my hair was up for the challenge and explained to me what she was going to do and gave me a quote which was great :-) the end result was amazing and I walked out extremely happy and I will be making Klawz my new hair salon :-)

Although my hair is quite dark, I have embraced blonde in varying degrees over the last ten years. Three years ago, I decided to take the plunge and become "white blonde" with a hairdresser in western Queensland who really knew her stuff. I then found a local hairdresser to maintain it and everything went well. Unfortunately, I needed to have Chemo therapy last year and ALL my hair fell out.
When the therapy was complete, I awaited the return of my hair and hoped that it would come back white. Alas, that was not to be, and I produced a mass of what looked like steel wool on my head.
I asked my hairdresser if she could return my hair to the white blonde of my pre-chemo days. Unfortunately, the outcome was not as I expected and was told that I needed to wait a few weeks before anything further could be done with my then "orange hair." This was very embarrassing as I had just started a new job (after not working for quite some time) and my self- esteem was very fragile to say the least.
This is when I discovered Klawz at Nerang. I went to see them and told them my tale of woe. Anne and Sarah assured me that they could repair the damage and helped me to regain my white blonde look in a couple of hours. I am great believer in the phrase: "fake it 'til you make it" and if you look good, that is one less thing you have to be concerned about.
I am so thankful and grateful that they were prepared to go the extra mile to create the outcome that I desired.
That was five weeks ago and I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I am extremely picky with my hair, and sometimes I don't know what style to go. My first visit, I was greated by Sarah, sarah new exactly what to do with my hair and what was best for my hair. lovely ladies, great service and always welcomed.

I'm extremely picky with my hair and most hairdressers do what they want not what I want. However I had the best experience at Klawz, my hairdresser listened to me and understood straight away what I was after, the staff is lovely and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be going back, for me it was a great experience!

I have been to many a hairdressers and top of the leader board My hair was dull gold and need a stylish cut I went to KLAWZ and Sarah did my hair omg the transformation was I incredible and my family are the most critical and I got WOW that's the best I have seen you thank you Sarah and KLAWZ

I am always welcomed by name; I am offered refreshments immediately; my stylist knows my preferences and always suggests alternatives of colour/highlight; I never feel pressured to purchase product however I do because they are effective and easy to use. I have the option of massage chair whist I am at the basin, my appointments are always timely - I never have to wait; it is a small team (Sarah Jane and Nicki who work so well together, headed up by Proprietor Anne.Recently I had an Agave treatment to straighten my fringe which lasts me 6 months. (humid weather is horrid!) Highly recommended for the complete salon experience.

My Hair experience was wonderful, from start to finish. The colour they picked for my hair is beautiful and such an improvement from my old colour. There advice was really helpful and I was very impressed with the service, friendly attitude and of course the final price.
