My mobility scooter had broken down after 7 years of reliable service, and I was urgently in need of a new one !! After scouring the web to find a suitable replacement (at a good price AND in a relatively close suburb), I decided on Lovedays after reading some glowing comments in various discussion group forums.
I ordered a new scooter online on Tuesday evening and was pleasantly surprised when I was informed by email the next day, that it was due into stock Thursday morning - and would be delivered Thursday afternoon.
Stuart rang before arriving with the scooter just after lunch as stated, brought in all the component parts, assembled it, offered to give lessons on its operation, and asked if there was anything else he could help with.
I have nothing but praise for the freindly, wonderful customer service I received and highly recommend Lovedays to anyone.
