A Lapis Lazuli stone fell out of an american indian made bangle of mine. I was told that Lovell's was the only place in Rockingham where a jeweller worked on site so I asked them to replace it. After weeks of not hearing anything I contacted them and they told me they were having trouble getting two matching stones. After weeks again of not hearing anything they repeated their issue. I said just get the one then and don't worry about them matching. After weeks again I rang and they said they hadn't received the stone yet. After weeks again I rang and they told me it would be ready by the end of the week which surprisingly became the next day. They charged me more than half of the cost of replacing two stones and upon inspecting it better when I got home the stone wasn't even smooth and actually looked like it had been damaged when put in place.
