Horrible! My partner and I used this service and had nothing but trouble. The delivery driver was 8 hours late to pick our stuff up and beyond unprofessional! He was late returning our things as well; and when he finally arrived most of our furniture and white goods had been damaged. Broken mirrors, scuffed leather, rips and scratch marks over majority of our possessions. For days no one would answer our phone calls or return them; and when they finally did, they were rude and abusive! They accepted no fault, and therefore, refused to let us claim the travel insurance we paid for. So, now, we have damaged goods we have to fix at our OWN cost.
