Not the best place I've been to. I came in to get a simple layered trim. I'm not all too fussed about my hair but this is one of the worst cuts I've had. It was unusually quick for the staff to cut my hair and I was surprised at that. I realise now why. My hair looks like staff just grabbed it and cut straight across. I could've gone that myself with a YouTube tutorial. The ends of my hair have been looking like the edges of box for the past week. The hairdressers elsewhere do a way better job than this. They take the time to up cut the edges at least. I think this hairdresser was just trying to fit in all their clients and rushed through mine, as one walk in client asked to be slotted in and staff agreed. Not a good idea trading quantity over quality. It says a lot about a business if they can't even complete the simple jobs right. Take the time, I say, and do a good job than cutting corners, and to get more clients/profits in. If you're looking for a good salon, better look somewhere else!

Hi I had one of the best experiences at LS Hairdresser's at the Liverpool Store I have had black hair for 39 years with many attempts to change the colour not succeeding at all. Once walking in and talking to Lyne who was a Colour Technique she knew her colours and even did a test strand so she would not waste my time or money ( not many hairdressers do that ) She did a great job with fantastic staff to help. What a great group of ladies fantastic attitudes will defiantly be going back and would recommend Lyne the Friendly Colour Technique and her great staff to any one.

Highly recommended salon! very professional and very welcoming always up for a good laugh .. had my foils done recently, my colour was perfect exactly how I wanted it, I also had 20cm cut off the length of my hair and I feel amazing, like a new women! 10/10!

I had a lot of damage in my hair. I admit I had killed it. I came in with a picture that was pretty much a really edgy razored haircut that I could wear up in the air or combed down. A versatile haircut. What they gave me was NOTHING like the picture. They cut so much off one side there is no hair for like a cm above my ear and then on the other when I said I'd like a bit of length in the front they gave me length on the side. I asked for all the dead ends to be cut off I don't care how short it had to be and they left half my head with such bad ends that I had to cut them myself. I paid extra than I would normally in a shopping centre salon for the service. I didn't even get a blow wave or any advice... So really I walked away with a terrible haircut that hadn't even covered my whole head!!! I took a closer look at home and there was so many thick strands that wasn't cut it was ridiculous. Worst haircut I have ever had and the most uncomfortable I've been in a salon before. And I don't know if it's just me but three people cluttered behind the basin laughing at a phone is not my idea of customer orientated or professional conduct in any workplace. I'm not even a qualified hairdresser yet and even I know that. So now I'm going to pay more money on wigs so I don't have to look at myself... Consider me traumatised.

I travel all the way from Camden to get my hair done at LS Hair Elementz, I find the girls very professional and friendly, never had a problem can't believe all the other reviews I have read on this site, I recommend this salon to all my friends and family.The girls are always giving me advice about my hair and products. I would give them 10 out 5 stars if I could.

I am very dissapointed with the service. I did Keratin treatment on my hair about two weeks ago. My hair stunk so bad the first week after the treatment. Even my colleagues at work complaint. Now i am washing my hair every day shampooing it twice. The smell is still there but very slightly and only when my hair is wet. My hair feels very dry and brittle. Its annoying that i spent so much money and yet my hair is in this condition.

Just got my daughters hair braided just one braid her hair is very thin and not that long they charged me $26.00 I almost passed out I could have had it done for 10 or even 15 at hammondville I have had it done at others and it looked so much better and was almost half the price my daughter is 7 I would hate to see what they charge for a child's cut I stopped getting my hair coloured there but now I will never go back for anything including product!

So impressed with the service and skills of this group if hair dressers. They listened to what i wanted made suggestions and i was so pleased with the result. Going to make these guys me permanent hair salon!!
