What can be said when you are served half cooked frozen vegetables and soggy flathead tails.
Waitress forgot our water and was too busy wiping tables for new customers than attending to our desert order.
Extremely disappointing when you are expecting a special meal.

We've dined there several times now. We have never had a meal that wasn't above average and have had a couple that were exceptional. There's plenty on the plate too. Prices are reasonable.

My husband, son and I were looking for somewhere to eat on the way home from visiting daughter and son in law in Warragul and stumbled across Luciano's. From the moment you entered you were greeted by friendly competent staff who were able to guide you through a mouthwatering menu. We chose Mediterranean Risotto, chicken risotto and veal. It didn't take much to be enticed into trying their deserts. Lemon tart, made in house and liquor mousse. Just superb. We asked for the phone number to ensure a table on our next visit. Food, service, atmosphere and price all excellent.
