First time using Lucy loves Charlie flowers, and I could not recommend more. They texted me a photo of my online order - which was so awesome to have some comfort in my purchase.

I called Lucy Loves Charlie to ask about delivery options and they were happy to help. I needed a bunch of flowers delivered before 3pm on the same day with a budget of $60 including delivery. They first checked with their driver and called me back to confirm they could get the flowers delivered by the time I requested and were more than happy to put a bunch together for me in my price range. Fantastic and flexible service!

LOVE IT!!! The first time you stepped into the shop, you could feel the happiness in your heart. I love the flowers, so fresh and so beautiful, and also some of the gifts products. Excellent service and top quality.

Went to Lucy Loves Charlie after reading the reviews on WOMOW - they had a lovely selection of flowers, with a great range of arrangements and prices. I ended up buying one of the Royal Doulton candles (only $30) for a gift. The woman in the shop was very helpful and friendly, and she was more than happy to gift wrap it too.

I have used this florist for years now both personally and for our business. The quality and presentation of flowers is absolutely beautiful and unique. The prices are so reasonable. Flowers can be arranged in re-usable quaint vases, boxes and tins with beautiful incense sticks that look like an piece of artwork or sculpture. Shop is lovely and customer service is second to none well done.

I have had flowers delivered to my girlfriend from these guys twice - they are always so beautiful and last for a really long time. I used to only use Roses Only because I always buy red roses - the ones from Lucy loves Charlie were so much nicer, and they lasted for over a week. The wrapping and cards are brown paper, really simple and not flashy. The price is totally reasonable, and the website is simple for ordering. I've never been into the store.
