Ordered $275 worth of cakes and biscuits 2 months out from my baby gender reveal. 2 weeks late I was told my baby had no heart beat and I was having a missed miscarriage, when I rang the company to advise I was told 3 times I would get a call back, eventually I got hold of the manager and was told the owner had advise they do no refund, even tho they had not done any of the cakes they were still happy to make profit on my loss! I will NEVER ever be back there and will make sure no one else will. May have got $275 out of me that day but they have lost thousands!

Lucy makes amazing cakes at a rock bottom price! Cake quality is great & serves a brood! Lucy is able to make a cake from any template. I took a black & silver land rover badge in asking for the cake to be made like that but in colour. The cake was great! She made it perfect & my boyfriend loved it! It fed a tribe of people with left overs & everyone raving about it. My mum also purchased my 18th birthday cake from here. It was delicious & also fed an absolute ton of people with left overs! They got good collection of cake decorating products. Also take orders for cakes. Their price is in the high compare to others. Also I have tried their cannoli which is not that good compare to others. The staff provide a great service

We had a cup cake cake for our wedding cake from Lucy's. The taste of the cup cakes was amazing, we had 2 flavours of mars bar and white mud. The diesign was exactly what we asked for and the were very helpful with any questions i had.

Last year I arranged for 35 individual cakes for husbands birthday. Staff were very helpful and suggested ideas. 2 weeks ago my daughter got married and we had the wedding cake made at Lucys (Chocoalate mud cake and Vanilla mud cake) It was beautiful and the guests commented on how delicious it was. I often buy their fresh cakes and they have always been of very high standard.

Lucy has done all my kids birthday cakes, wouldn't go anywhere else. There is also always a large selection of very tasty ready to take home cakes for sale. Always helpful and very artistic in her work.
