Terrible customer service. Ordered a bunch of flowers online with a specific delivery date for a friends 40th birthday. flowers were not delivered on the specified date and when I rang the florist they were not prepared to rectify or compensate. Terribly disorganised

We live interstate and chose a flower arrangement from a photo on Lucy's Facebook page. Our recipients emailed us a photo when it was delivered and we are all thrilled with it, just gorgeous !!! I love this florist they have inexpensive flowers and lots of choice, plus you can pick up gifts and cards etc so it's always a great place for a present. They seem to open all the time, even when I went looking for plants at 4pm on a SUnday they were open, and always friendly service.

They do great flower arrangements! They are also open 7 days and can arrange for deliveries. I love flowers and treat myself when I'm in Summer Hill.
