I placed my order and it was put on hold as they sold out of a particular item. I contacted Macky at Luggage Direct on Thursday 15th August at 2pm and told them I needed my order as I was travelling in 9 days. Macky suggested another similar product that I was waiting on so we changed my order to suit. Mackey promised that my luggage would arrive within 2 working days. Since it was late Thursday afternoon and taking into account the weekend, I thought that my order would arrive on Monday, possibly Tuesday. WOW, the next morning (Friday) I got up and looked outside. My order had arrived and was sitting at my front door. It was 10am when I noticed that it had arrive, which meant that I spoke with Macky about my order, changed my order and got it delivered all within 20 hours - not bad for free delivery - I would recommend Luggage Direct to anyone - well done guys :)
