Discovered this place while waiting for my car to be cleaned nearby and it's become a lunchtime favourite.

The food here is incredible value. It's a typical take away shop menu, but every item I've tried (includes steak sandwich w the lot, hot dog w lot, chicken burger) has been absolutely stuffed with fillings and incredibly cheap. As an example the steak sandwich w lot is $6.50 and it's ridiculously piled with fillings including egg and I think beetroot from memory, and is just delicious. In other cafes you'd pay $9.50 without blinking and it'd be a sad little sandwich with minimal topping. I couldn't believe it the first time I ordered one - and it wasn't a fluke, I've had a couple since.

Not that I eat take away all the time mind!!!

The menu has a good range and all is very well priced. Drinks are reasonably priced and they have cakes etc as well.

The dine-in area is lovely, open, bright and clean. There's a couple of tables outside. There are magazines for you to flip through if you've got a bit of time.

The service is great - the only problem is that these guys are sooo popular, especially between 12-2, that there's often a queue just to order so sometimes it takes a while to get served. The quality and value speaks for itself though in that they're so busy.

Definitely check it out but not between 12 and 2 please, as I don't want to have to wait behind you in a queue!
