This hair salon really do provide a great quality personal service. When you have your hair cut by one of their senior stylists, they will discuss with you in detail what would suit you best and give you an up front quote of what it will cost to achieve your desired look. If you are ever unhappy with something (ie a colour), they will do their best to fix the problem (they have redone mine in the past as I was unhappy with a colour shade that they had put in). All this is done while you flick through the latest magazines and sip lattes. Great business.
