I had acrylic french tips done costing $50 for a wedding which I was Maid of Honour. It was slightly painful as they kept getting the skin around my nails with the shaper causing bleeding. I was told they would last a minimum of 3 weeks no matter how rough I am with my hands. Only two days after they were done (the morning of the wedding) I noticed they were starting to lift. After only a week one of the nails had fallen off. I went in to complain and get a refund, and the staff who did them was very rude about it. They made excuses and tried to make me leave with nothing. They offered to re-do them for free, which I declined due to the pain of the first time. I had to argue to receive the measly $20 I got back, because the staff who did them said they needed to be 'paid for their time'. I recently found out it's illegal to give a partial refund on those circumstances. I would never recommend them. I will never get anything done there again.
