Tres chic. Luxembourg is a lovely elegant little european bistro in St Kilda. In terms of pricing I think it beats other similar restaurants in the area, after taking into account surrounds, wait service and serving size/quality & complexity. Luxembourg is perhaps a little bit more on the tradition side, so if unadulterated european fine dining is your fancy, I'd choose this place ahead of other equally reputable 1st class restaurants.
