Luxury Holidays looked after us really well. Their customer service is second to none. Such lovely ladies. The whole experience was seamless and we loved the property and the views. Our once a year holiday will from now on always be with them.

They cancelled our family booking for lies about a storm putting holes in 3 bedrooms and kitchen saying it wouldn’t be fixed before December... yet have not cancelled anyone else. Sad that businesses base their opinion on what you look like. Pity most of us own businesses and will push this review about them to everyone. Also they waited till the got every guest person information before cancelling us. Would NOT recommend.

Astrid and her team are insanely helpful! We were recently in Hamilton island and decided to extend our stay at short notice and a really inconvenient time (just before New Years) - not only was Astrid phenomenal in arranging a place (including all the re-arranging of cleaners etc) she was so prompt in her responses (I’m talking fast feedback to my random questions at all hours!). Not only were we incredibly impressed by Astrid’s service - we were then stranded for 3 days when our flight was cancelled. Astrid immediately arranged accommodation and JJ her cleaner was speedy in coming to collect us from the airport.
I’ve honestly never had better or attentive service and we have stayed in some 5 star hotels across the world! We have been blown away by how helpful and diligent she has been! We will 100% book through Astrid at Luxury Holidays again.
