My daughter had long hair and wanted it to be styled/cut so the it tapered on each side to the back of her hair. The result was possibly the WORST hair cut I have ever seen. It was uneven with chunks taken out. One side was lower than the other and was given a rounded shape while the other side was sharp and started much higher up. In order to make it all meet at the back the hairdresser, just cut more hair off the back. My daughter was in tears and was made pay for this incredibly horrifying experience. When confronted with the butchered result, which she could not deny was atrocious, offered to cut even more off to try to get her hair to become more even. We asked for her money back as she now had to go to a professional hairdresser to try and rectify the mess. We were refused even though she admitted it was not a successful cut. Let this be a warning to anyone who wants an actual hair cut;

Showed photo got nothing like it. They have burnt my hair too. Staff very rude. That shop should be closed down. They took money off me wrecked my hair & now they are ignoring me. I called them complained to management and they said once they talk to senior management they will call me back but it's now been 1 week haven't heard anything. I called them back & all they can say is they can't help me & won't even give my money back so I can go elsewhere to get it fixed. They are disgraceful. The person who did my hair she blamed the other person who mixed the colour & with her own words she said he mixed it wrong. Yet they won't give my money to go elsewhere. I don't trust them to touch my hair again. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO MY HAIR????GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GET IT FIXED.

Maybe i am bias due to a horrible experience, but i found the hairdressers rude and unfriendly. The gave me a style completely different to what i asked for, added little extras like treatments i didn't wait or need to sky rocket the cost. I ended up paying $110 for a semi blow dried uneven cut and a bleach burnt scalp.
Not good at all.
