I am over the moon with my haircut. I have been using the salon for 5 months now and every time my hair was done to perfection. Thank you Lyn Dines and team . I have curly hair and I am fussy with who cuts it but with this salon I was in great hands . Sharlene is also great cutter and knows how I like my hair styled . Very happy with my colour, also had a nice blow dry included in the price. Full head of foils for my regrowth was $98.00. Great service and friendly staff at Coomera. Will definitely be recommending this salon.

I have been a very happy and regular customer at Lyn Dines Hair Salon at their Chirn Park Salon for many years. So far I have found every single hairdresser to be down to earth, friendly and professional stylists. They can become very busy more so on Saturdays, no different to any other business on the weekend. I've noticed when they are busy the staff do their very best to manage the clients they are working on, attending to the walk-ins and the phones ringing non stop. Have never been to any of Lyn's other salons, however, I can recommend the services provided at Chirn Park. Value for money, keep up the great work ladies.

Sorry walked in a blonde wanted regrowth done. Package included a quick dry after having foils and colour which the basin girl gave me for two minutes with the blow dryer and then she then turned it off stating it will be OK its hot outside. I left with wet hair it did look darker than normal but it was wet. When I got home and it was dry it was much much darker with a greyish greenish tinge. No blonde anymore. I can't understand what happened. No coffee scalp massage here. Won't be back....

I had the hair appointment from HELL at Lyn Dines in Upper coomera. That is no joke! I'm still so upset and it's been a month. After a neighbour recommended me to go there I thought I would give it a go.
I arrived after booking in for a full head of foils and a cut... [redacted personal identifier] done my hair.
1. After I asked for a full head of foils and what ever she would recommend she just puts the bleach in my regrowth.
2. Her by herself going between 4 people as well as answering the phone every 2 seconds. I think she didn't want to do the foils as she didn't have the time.
3. Sat there with bleach in for ages as she went between people.
4. Finally time to wash mine out. Get left with head in sink for half hour as she attends to the other people plus cuts a mans hair that walked in.
5. Finally get attended to get my hair dried, she starts brushing my hair and my hair is FALLING OUT!
My whole life I have always had such healthy and thick hair and I have never had a problem.
6. As she keeps brushing my hair massive clumps keep coming out. I'm almost in tears thinking MAKE IT STOP!
About 50% of my hair in clumps is pulled out.
Her explanation is "that's not my fault. It must have been the last hair dresser that done your hair ruined it"
The last time I had my hair done prior was 3 months ago and I was over the moon with the job, I'm sure my hair would have fallen out in the 3 months since getting it done.
I straighten my hair and style it and had never had a problem.

End result my hair looks awful! Such a harsh disgusting blonde I hate it. But I am too scared to say anything because I don't want her to try fix it or put any more crap in my hair that will make it worse after seeing all my hair fall out.
My hair is all snapped off just wearing my hair down you see all the snapped short bits sticking up everywhere. I have hair just past my shoulders so it looks ridiculous. Not only have I lost half my hair so its so thin and gross but I also have all my snapped hair showing.

Thank you for totally and completely destroying my hair.
Have never experienced anything like this in my life.
And I still had to pay the $100......

Wonderful Girls that genuinely care for their customers would not go anywhere else. Hair always looks perfect when I walk out.
Nothing is ever a problem and feels like home every time you walk through the door.
Prices are exceptional.

Excellent hair dressers on so many levels. Friendly girls, real value for money, in and out so quick. No waiting at all if you have an appointment and no being passed from one person to the next. No problems with product that they use as I have had from other salons...and paid twice as much for the experience!
Can't stress value for money enough. I have finally found my permanent hair salon.

The girls are always so friendly also experienced and the prices are great, i take my hubby and my 2 children in for regular cuts and i pay around $50 for all 3 of them, the staff are really good at making my son feel comfortable- he hates having his haircut. Easy to find location, we live in pacific pines but its worth the travel knowing your going to get what you asked for. The salon is always clean.
