I used to be a big fan of this vet and thought the world of them. Not anymore. Their customer service went down to a less than one star , the whole feel of the place is like " pet's Guantanamo Bay ", I have never seen more (unnecessary) Covid paranoia exhibited by a business and their staff since the pandemic started, their prices went through the roof whilst bad attitude from the staff followed suit. Will be definitely giving it a wide berth from now on.

I highly recommend Lynbrook Vet. They were absolutely wonderful when we had to unfortunately put our dog to sleep. I called numerous vets and they kindly agreed to come to our house to make it as stress free as possible for our dog. Their compassion and kindness was wonderful. Dr. Dr Kunal Nagaich went through the process with us and advised what was best for our dog. We did not expect any follow-up but they were kind enough to send us a beautifully written card with words that gave us great comfort. This is not just a Vet it is people with compassion that really care about your fur babies.
