Took my daughter here for over 2 years believing every promise that it would fix her acne - and when it didn't and I asked for my money back I was called horrible names and referred to their solicitor. Awful experience - especially on my daughter. Perhaps it works for others - but when it doesn't, we should not be treated like this.

Having suffered with adult acne my entire adult life (I'm 29) I was really keen to try laser. I'd tried regular facials, diet & exercise - basically you name it I'd tried it. I shopped around for the best deal because its not cheap. From the minute I spoke to Deb on the phone, I knew this was the clinic for me. Deb is so, so lovely and honest. She doesn't tell you lies just to get your business, she is straight up. Here we are, almost a year later and I could not be happier. My skin is clear, I don't have to plaster the make up to hide my skin (which only makes it worse and more obvious anyway...) and I'm looking to keep up the laser just to refresh my skin. If you are reading this it's because you're looking to improve your skin too. Lyte is amazing. It'll be the best investment in your self you'll make. Hello self esteem! Thanks Deb!

Very unimpressed with this business. Rang twice and emailed to change an appointment time and received no return call or email. I did purchase a discount coupon through our deal and guess I obviously wasnt a priority to the business. Will never go back here.

Overjoyed at the discovery of Lyte, having moved from interstate and not being able to find a clinic that suited my needs. Fabulous, professional staff, so friendly and dedicated to what they do. I had some hair removal and was blown away by how much time was spent ensuring the whole area was treated and no spots missed. I've never had such a thorough treatment. They also did a fantastic price on a package of treatments, far cheaper than anything I have ever paid, even in Sydney. I am definitely going to go back and get further procedures done, am more than confident that future experiences will be as good as the first. I can't wait for my new skin!

Friendly, professional and punctual staff. Just like they said my capillaries went in one treatment. Not expensive, particularly for the great resuls. Am recommending them to friends as they are all commenting on how good I look.
