They explained that termites were a serious problem and it should be investigated quickly. They came and did a termite inspection in my house and even checked the whole yard and garden. Sadly, for me, they discovered that I did have termites. MacCotters were so kind and explained exactly how they needed to treat the termites they found and recommended for me to have a termite barrier thing installed to protect my home from termites getting in again. I had no idea how I was going to pay for this but they kindly offered some suggestions on payment plans and how I could get it interest free. They were very professional which gave me confidence but most of all they were so kind and understanding. They made me feel like I was important and not just a number to them. When they came and did the barrier they were so thorough and I was happy to see that the aesthetics of my house hadn't been destroyed by the barrier. I have recommended them to my friends and family already and will continue to use their services for my future termite inspections and my cockroach sprays.
