I would have given 5 negative stars if i can. My wife with stage 2 cancer undergoing chemotherapy made a booking for 930am for telehealth appointment but ended being spoken to till late afternoon. Reception who answered her query was unsympathetic with a response: "you have cancer, there is nothing I can do about it". Geez this person is so unhuman. Wait till you have cancer at your age. Absolutely pissed and never ever going there again.

This centre is always very busy (which is understandable, considering it's one of the few bulk-billed walk-in centres left), but I've been very pleased with my experiences so far. The doctor who's now become my GP, Dr Ghannoum, is very dedicated and thorough, and has helped tremendously with a variety of health issues. The on-site pathologists are also very good--I had my blood drawn once, and it was perfectly done.

I went here a very long time ago to get a new prescription for the pill. I was third in line but ended up waiting an hour and a half because someone else stole my spot when they called out my name, which I didn't hear. The doctor gave me my prescription but made me uncomfortable when he repeatedly asked if I wanted to have a pap smear done. I'm sure he had the best intentions but I have a female gynacologist and it was unnecessarily comfortable for me.

I didn't find some of the doctors to great, some ignored my symptoms and I had to go to another doctor before I was finally correctly diagnosed.

Great for convenience,and also one of the few medical centers that bulk bill still.You need to try and get there before about 1.30,as they often experience big queues and stop seeing people by then.Some doctors are very in and out, while others take more time and care with you.The pharmacy onsite is handy.
