A good Korean restaurant but this place left me with no special recollection of it. The side dishes are actually quite nice as one of the plus points of Korean dishes are their side dishes. The BBq meat tastes the same as the other Korean food but maybe it was because I was tired that night.

The food was great however the wait in line was horrible. If you plan to go here... than come at least half an hour before you want to eat. Also do not leave the line or else you may be placed at the back of the line again. sighs. this happened.

I'm wondering if Sydney Madang is really one of the best KR restaurants that Sydney has to offer? Those rave reviews don't match the food we ordered, for sure. Disappointing on every front. Perhaps we've been too pampered by K-town in NYC... *sighs*

A mild disappointment at what we thought from reviews to be the most authentic Korean find in Oz. Won't say it's outright bad, but a far cry from the average standard in Seoul or NY's K-town. The fried chicken was the most tasty thing in the myriad of orders we had that night. Don't bother with their seafood pots.

Very authentic Korean dishes available with a very authentic Korean BBQ menu. Korean BBQ is now becoming a trend as it is ideal for social gatherings. Could be cheaper, great for winter!

Although it's not cheap here, it's great for spicy hot pots! Koreans love spicy food, so their spicy hot pots are made to the finest Korean standards and will not disappoint you!

I love eating here, I really enjoy the social aspect of eating the Korean BBQ. We order our selection of meats (careful, some are very hot!) and an entree and you are also given complimentary entrees and rice (if you get the pickled potato, its delish). Then, you just talk and cook as you feel like it. Great for small groups. However, you can get a bit smelly from the meat, so I wouldn't plan to dine here straight before hitting up the town. Also, don't go past the Soju, It's a great palate cleanser.

I was recommended by a friend to try this place but it was very hard to find at first. I had to call her to give me directions. The foods are cheap but the quality didn't follow my expectations. Very loud with some drunk Koreans. More of a place for drinking rather than dining.

Waiting to get tables were quite painful especially if you have not booked and come in large number. Food was quite nice however it was quite noisy. Fried chicken was most recommended with pancakes and hot pot.
