While on holidays before moving to Gippsland Victoria, my cat needed attention from a Vet. After calling many in the Gippsland region, I found this one. The staff were immediately friendly and the cost was more than reasonable. From the first time on the phone until my cat went through a proceedure, the staff were there and understood the affection people hold for their pets. The staff cared just as much about my cat as I did. I would feel safe and secure taking any pet to this facility as animal care and reasurance to the owner is just outstanding.
