Would not use them for property management. Terrible service by Stacey. I felt sorry for the owners paying for nothing. Maintainence never done, invoices incorrect and bills not supplied despite requests for over 1 month. It was the most stressful experience and managed poorly. Would not use.

Huge staff turnover we had way too many property managers , the reports we received did not report accurately we kept being told house was neat and tidy with same tenant for several years we then did our own inspection and couldn't believe the filth and damage that had been done then had to have numerous meetings to try and get a suitable outcome, unfortunately it cost us a lot and gave us such a bad experience we have sold the house after fixing everything up and won't be going down the path of investment property again
They take your money each month but give a very ordinary service had to follow everything up all the time

Dont recommend Magain for property management. Terrible service. Take too long to complete repairs, get quotes and never reply to emails. The reception staff are rude on the phone. The property managers never call to discuss anything even when request to return a call they dont return calls. They go through staff too quickly and you never really know who is looking after your property.

would not recommend them to manage your property. they happily take [redacted due to generalisation] money each month out of the rent but for what? i am still yet to find out after being with then for 12 months. will be glad to see the back of then once we sell our investment property.

I lease through Magain. It started off great but it's gone down hill since then and we've gone through 3 real estate agents (within Magain). We receive the bills late (they pile up) and getting any work done is difficult if not impossible (you have to keep calling). Not recommended to renters.
