Best experiance for wedding dress shopping ever! These ladies know what customer service is and they love what they do! I brought my 2 dresses for my wedding here, plus bridesmaids, mother of the bride and groomsmen and groom tie and hanky sets! Prices were fantastic and and everything came within the time frame needed! I didnt need to stress at all! Small little shop but customer service is big!

I would not recommend this place to anyone who is on a tighter time frame. I ordered my bridesmaid dress 13 weeks before wedding and was told to allow take 12 weeks to arrive. The other two bridesmaids ordered theirs from the same place but in a different shop. Once theirs arrived after 10 weeks I called to inquire after mine and was told that email said it had arrived in Sydney and it should be here soon. Even though wedding was only 3 weeks away, no attempt was made to get the dress here quicker. I'm sure express post from Sydney wouldn't cost too much and I was more than happy to pay if I was told it was a better option. 1 week before the wedding I inquired again and was told exactly the same thing I was told two weeks earlier. It was only now she said she would get it delivered by express post. To cut a long story short express post ended up taking 3 days when she said it should arrive overnight. The once it had arrived I was told that they could no longer alter the dress as both dressmakers were unavailable, one on holidays. At no time earlier did they mention this so I could organise alternate plans. Even on the day I picked dress up she was still saying they might be able to sort it out but maybe I should try the alteration place in the local shopping centre!!! Really not good enough!!! They knew the date of wedding on the day I ordered it and made no effort to get it here on time. In the end I managed to organise another dress alteration lady who I trusted and even she was appalled by this and she works in the bridal industry. So if you have all the time in the world feel free to use this place but don't expect them to give you personalised service!!

Had a great experience here with the fiance. Wanted to break tradition and we went dress hunting. Very friendly staff, great selection of dresses.

A pretty big showroom with a pretty wide selection of designs. Had a bridesmaids dress made here along with the other girls we all had about the same experience, staff are friendly enough though was a little annoyed that I wasn't contacted personally about fittings and appointments, they left all that to the stressful bride to be. Overall did find it a little pricey but the dress did fit like a glove. I really did dislike the decor here though, it was too tired for my liking.

This store is the pits. The service is disgusting and they don't care that you are getting married they just want their money. The owner needs a lesson in customer service.
