I found Magic dry on a Google search and needed them to come out the same day which they did! My whole house is basically covered in carpet and its quite a large house. The service I received was amazing, from the phone call to the carpet cleaning. Colin did such an excellent job all round at an affordable price. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all family and friends. So happy I found a reliable & excellent company!

We had Paul clean 3 * 3 seater fabric sofas and 1 wool floor rug. Paul rang to explain that he had been held up in traffic and to let me know when he would be there. He did a fantastic job and his friendly manner and attention to detail were very much appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend

This feedback is based on the service provided by the call centre, not the work done. I called and booked carpet cleaning. The day of the booking after no one had arrived for an hour after the scheduled time, I called the call centre who admitted they had accidentally booked me in on another day. They said they'd sort it out and call me back. An hour later I called back again and spoke to the same women who had to be reminded of my situation. She said she'd called one person and hadn't heard back but she'd try a few other people now. 15 minutes later she called back and said she'd found someone to come at 430pm, 5 hours after the scheduled time. When I dared complain she said 'I don't need to hear your sob story I just want to know whether you need this person to come at 430pm' She also claimed to have been trying to help me non stop for the past hour (by calling one person and then forgetting about me?) I was offered no sympathy, no apology for wasting my day or any compensation. I will never use Magic Dry again after the appalling way I was spoken to. I understand mistakes happen but I should never above been spoken to the way I was. Disgusting customer service.

I had three rooms cleaned by Warren at Magic Dry. Carpet was in very bad shape and I really believed I would have to replace it. Very Very impressed with the results. Came up looking fantastic. True to their name it was like Magic. Thanks Warren I will never use anyone else now.

Thank you so much for sending me one of your fabulous cleaners, they showed up fully equipped, smiling, listened to what I wanted and went about doing their job in a fast but thorough way. I was most impressed at the persistence on a dirty spot till it was gone, Id been trying for weeks ! Smelt lovely too at the end.
Ill rebook you again, and have already told my friends so they will book through you too.

I have three bedrooms steam cleaned and stains removed. I always ask for Brian Davies because he's punctual, gets all marks out and does a fantastic job overall. I've already recommended him to all my friends because he's so good.
