Have had a few things cleaned professionally this week. First time and extremely impressed. Mattress cleaned leather lounges cleaned and nourished. Windows cleaned and flyscreens cleaned and BBQ cleaned. ABSOLUTELY GREAT! Friendly workers and efficient. Recommend 100% Thankyou to all involved great team.

I have been using Magic Dry for many years for domestic cleaning, window cleaning and carpets.
Excellent job each time and good value.
The office staff are very friendly and helpful.

When booking the service I requested for the tracks to be cleaned in the windows. The cleaner came and cleaned the windows and didn’t clean the tracks. When we asked him to do them he said he didn’t have time and would give them a quick wipe. He then went around and wiped dirt out onto the sills and the floors and spilt dirty water from his bucket on the floor, the sills and down the cupboards. It took over an hour to clean up the mess he made. The cleaner also trampled through our garden bed and broken a whole section of our plants. When we spoke to him about it, he laughed and thought it was funny. I have tried to contact the company twice after the clean and they have ignored my emails.
Do not use this service.

Although the overall carpet was done well, there was no effort taken to spot clean the specific stains on my carpet. For the price paid I would of expected a little more attention on the actual stains and problem areas of my carpet.
Very nice guy, but I won't be going back.

We had 2 carpets and a 5 seater couch cleaned today by Coert from MagicDry. He was on time and very professional. The service he provided was exceptional and our couch literally looks like a new one and our carpers are fresh and smell amazing! Very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend them!
