I keep going back on numerous occasions. I have a new car and want a great job and they never let me down. Fast, reliable so my husband and I go nowhere else. We bought a 5 back which saves a few $$. One note, I lost my fitness tracker for many months and thought it was gone. On my first wash with interior cleaning they found it and left it on my passenger seat. Says a lot!

The boys here are really friendly.
Have been using them over the last 3 or 4 years now.
Have to say that my last few experiences with them has been very disappointing.
I was talked into a mini detail at a costly price of $150- the inside leather conditioner product used was a $4 treatment you can buy from KMart :(
Outside detail - under door trims missed and all that build up between the doors was not touched. Outside wash was sloppy with many parts of my car still dirty with remnants of road grime.
On my return home, I had to re-wash myself with my own car clean products.
The advertised deal with an outside wash only should also include tyre shine - The tyre shine product seems to of been overlooked in my last 6 or so visits. This could be their way of saving money ?
Car is still wet when I've picked up and the omission of tyre shine is not noticeable until I've gotten home.
They certainly need to lift their game.
They have lost me and I will be looking for an alternative car wash place.
Magic Hand car wash I would NOT recommend.

HI, On somebody recommendation i went to this car wash, Magic hand at airport west , in west field shopping center. I was really happy and satisfied with the job. The job was very thorough and professional and i was even explained what was done on my car.
Their services are a bit different from other magic sites. The staff was friendly and personal attention was given to me.. I really liked it and was easy that u get a clean car while shopping. They also steam clean baby seats and do professional detailing.
