You're paying for convenience here, not quality work. My car looked like I had cleaned it myself for $5 at the self-serve car wash. It was streaky, the windshield still had spots of dirt and dust on it and I don't even know if they vacuumed. They also dislodged part of my boot cover inside and just left in hanging there for me to fix. Waste of money.

Left car for external clean whilst shopping. Collected car only to find streaky wheels and bad gutter rash on the left rear wheel (they had parked next to a gutter in Bay 3). No mention was made and now it is my word against theirs. Have made them aware and hope to have a proper response but not expecting anything. Honor system doesn't work...

Will not recommend,just picked up my ute from level 2
and service was poor.Talked to manager Johnny he promised
free next wash.Didn't expect car to be in car showroom condition
but results aren't there.

Decided to get my car detailed at the cost of $200 normally I just get the inside and out. They did not clean the interior windows, they did not clean my navigation system and I asked for no tyer shine and ended up with it
Then I called to complain and the lady told me for some reason that it was because of winter that the windows weren't clean.
Your basic wash is better than a detail!!!

I put my 7-seater van in for a detailed clean today. Overall I am happy with the quality of the clean, however there are a few real let-downs with my experience. Firstly, the price mentioned when I dropped off the car sounded like '$250', but when I collected the car it was actually $350 (quite a shock!) A few things were missed that I would expect to have cleaned for such a high price - the sun visor mirror was still dirty, tissues and rubbish were left in seat pockets, and their cleaning rags were left stuffed in doors, etc. But the most upsetting thing was that my infant's car seat base had been taken out (so they could clean the seat underneath) and was left unsecured. I've previously had the baby's seat professionally fitted for safety, so couldn't secure it again myself. The attendant was able to partially strap the base in, but didn't know how all the straps worked. The result was that I had no choice but to transport my baby home in a less-than-secure car seat. Re-fitting infant car seats/bases should be a core skill of all attendants if they are going to unstrap them or take them out to clean around them.

We went for a shopping day last week, and left the car with these guys whilst we engaged in some retail therapy. When we returned, we were very impressed with the job they did. The car was clean, vacuumed, detailed beautifully, and just such a pleasure to hop into.

We have used this company in other locations too, and have never had a bad experience.

The guys here always do a great job and it is so convenient to have done while you do your shopping. During peak times they seem to have loads of staff so that it is still done in a reasonable amount of time. I recieved an sms when it was done. The car looked great inside and out and I thought the price was reasonable.

My car was filthy, was very happy with their service. They sms'd me when my car was ready and inside and out was perfect. No complaints from me! Smelt nice too :)

Very happy customer. Needed to have my car cleaned and the seats shampooed due to new puppy in the family. Dropped it off and went shopping at my favourite shopping centre. Picked up the car after I had finished and was very pleasantly surprised...it looked and smelt like a new car again!! Great job and not that expensive. Have gone to other car wash places that charged a lot more.

Many times I have had my car washed while parking in valet because it is so convenient. And Each time I am bitterly dissapointmented - my 3 yr old could do a better job! They don't clean or vacuum properly and you pay around $65 for it. Don't waste your money.
