If you want a place that will give attention to detail to your car, then DO NOT come here. At best, they provide a mediocre job. Use them to get the dirt off your car and then go and wash it yourself. It is all about pushing the cars through with no care, attention to detail. Has gone down hill, recommend find somewhere else or do it yourself.

I was over charged, my car was still dirty when I picked it up. Was charge for wax but owner said it wasn’t done and won’t refund. Car had to be towed afterwards due to a staff member engaging 4x4 incorrectly. Owner is rude and refuses to take responsibility and won’t even offer an apology for what has happened. Cost $300 originally quoted $250, my car is 3 months old and will need repairs and a new detail to fix what they have done.

I had a great experience with Magic Wash at Ferntree Gully. Friendly staff and I was given an umbrella so I could go for breakfast locally.

Terrible!!! The second time I've been here. The first visit 5 months ago, I paid for a 'premium' clean inside and out and had to get them to go over it three times. The third return was after I drove off and realised how filthy the windows and mirrors were. Today, we took our NEW car for an exterior clean. There was dirt left all over the car and windows and spots of pollen. The attendant said that their sponges don't take off pollen!! The windows were still filthy. And scratches were left under the driver's side door handle. When we went to put our children back in the car we discovered water and grease all over the floor where they had stood to reach the roof. The front passenger side also had grease in the carpet and water on the plastic part of the floor. Absolutely terrible service with no respect for the vehicle or attention to detail. Will NEVER visit here again.

Didn't think they did a very good job. Windows were still dirty on the inside and I paid for full service. Seats were not moved so still dirty in tracks. Paint seemed to have dull scratches and will now need a cut and polish.

Shocking. I went to them because the carwash I had been going to were doing a bad job, but this was worse.
My near new Hyundai is easy to clean. I paid for inside/outside clean.
Mags were still filthy, I have my back seats down with fitted carpet, not vacuumed. The front floor mats were still dirty and drivers mat had water spilt on it. Passenger seat is wet?
During the week I had spilt tea in the drink holder, it was still there after they "cleaned" my car. I showed them, so he brought the vacuum over and sucked it up!
Mags were still dirty, tyres we're supposed to be cleaned but hadn't been touched.
There were three guys on my car, yet it was not cleaned.
I phoned them when I got home, they said bring it back on Monday. I will be at work on Monday. I paid for a clean car so it would be clean now, not Monday.
I cleaned it myself when I got home. Absolutely disgusted.

They told me how long it would take to clean car inside and out. They have a comfortable cafe where you can grab a coffee and a bite to eat, read the newspaper or watch TV while you wait. Food in cafe not very exciting though! I had a toastie and coffee cost $8.
