Stay away from this place! Rude, rough and incompetent. After 4 weeks my nail still needed a script from a doctor in order to cure the infection.

love my nails so much, everytime i get them done they always look so good. kind staff that dont leave an awkward scilence.

The worst nail salon I have been too. Disgusting customer service.
I told [redacted] that the length and shape isn't what I wanted (she clearly doesn't know how to do coffin shape) when I told her to cut shorter she cut all my nails off and told me that she doesn't want to do my nails. So rude!!!! I've never experienced such rude service ever!!!
I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone. I don't know how it's still open not being busy or with high standards.

My 16 year old daughter had her eyebrows waxed yesterday April 11, 2015 with Magic Nails and the lady that did it did a horrendous job. She waxed it soooo thin that there was almost no eyebrow left and the right eyebrow was left with only half of the eyebrow. My daughter was left heartbroken and devastated!!! I asked the owner if she can do something about it and she said that there is nothing she can do about it. Fortunately , there is a skin salon just across and the lady there was so kind enough to tint her eyebrows for free. I asked the owner that she has to pay for it but she said she won't. She said that she will do it herself. But I did not let her do it because what's the point she might do a bad job too. When I was asking her if she can do something about it she said that there is nothing that can be done now that is was asking her to pay the eyebrow tinting at the skin salon she is now saying that she can do it . I hope that by writing this review future customers will be made aware of the terrible service of this salon and no one else will have to undergo what my daughter experienced in this salon. One of the lady at the skin salon told my daughter that this is not the first time.

Have only been here once and found it to be very average, the staff were nice but just didnt seem up to standard probably just having a bad day, nothing wowd me so not sure I would return

This is a pretty stock standard nail place, in my experience.
The main issue is, there is a huge variety in service across their staff.
Sometimes you get someone who is happy to do a really good job and you are there for a spa pedicure for 40 minutes, with really good attention and walk out feeling relaxed and with pretty toes. Other times (like my most recent visit), they are over and one with you in about 25 minutes and the job is just not great. Their polish is good quality and stays well, I got it done the day before we went on a 24 night cruise, and the vast majority of the polish was still there and looking good when we got back, even after lots of time at the beach during our trip, which I was happy with.
The problem, and where they fall down, is the soles of the feet and stuff like that, some staff just phone it in a bit. This is really evident when you stand waiting for an appointment for 5 minutes, watching someone else in a chair getting it done, finally sit, get the whole pedicure done, wait to pay and have left while the original person you were watching is still having hers done.
That sort of thing frustrates me, which is why I rarely choose to go to this particular business, only really when they have specials or I am in the centre already and it is just easier than messing around trying to find somewhere decent.
