Magnolia specialises in sterling silver to create unique jewellery items (I love wearing pieces that others don't have). The range is constantly changing. The pieces are handcrafted by designers from around the world, who use 925 sterling silver and precious and semi-precious stones.
Magnolia also provides a one-year unlimited warranty on all its jewellery and a customisation service, which is very handy. The loyalty/reward system is great, too. I can always find something that appeals to me - at a price I can afford.
The staff are helpful and make some good suggestions. I always enjoy shopping here for good quality, 'unique', hand-crafted silver jewellery - and often receive compliments when wearing a Magnolia piece.
What does their reward system entail?
For every $x you spend (I can't remember the exact amount), you receive a percentage back in the form of a voucher, which you can then use when next you buy something from them. You can save up several vouchers if you like and then use them all at once... I think that's fine, as long as you pay in at least a third of the full price (after using the discount vouchers). Note: these vouchers do have an expiry date. I still find this worthwhile, as I would usually buy from them anyway... and this way, I get something back. They also have specials from time to time. For example, if you buy something, you can purchase an umbrella for $5, or a jewellery box for $5, or a silver jewellery cleaning cloth, handbag mirror, handbag 'hanger' for tables, mini fragrances (Salvador Dali), watches, nailcare kits, etc. Of course, these offers don't all run concurrently.
