Used a scoopon voucher for an 8 course meal here, very tasty food! Great cocktails and super friendly staff. It wasn't too busy which meant we could hear each other speaking. A modern looking restaurant that is worth a visit.
Hang out with friends once in this bar .. it was quite nice.. they have good music (r n b / hip hop) .. nice cocktails too..
Went there one night for ladies night out, we had cocktails and decided to stay for dinner too. Which was a wrong decision to make, the foods were terrible. We ordered 3 pad thais and 1 mince pork with basil. The pad thai were soggy and mushy, bland and extremely oily. It was almost inedible. We complained to the waitress and she looked at us, no apologies then said " Then you don't want to eat anymore?" and took our plates away. We were then given bill and charged for all 4 plates of uneaten pad thai. The experience totally ruined our night.

While we thank you for sharing your experience, we remain shocked at the lack of professionalism of the afore-mentioned eatery. Although almost any business can ‘fudge their way through’ these days, genuine ‘professionalism’ is usually unveiled whenever a problem arises, just like in your case.
As a family of ‘foodies’, culinary delights are a priority for us, however customer service (professionalism and respect) never take a second placing. Regards, Reeces
Happy hour at Mai Tai is a great time for a cocktail. The staff took our orders at the table and the cocktails were brought over quickly. The drinks are well made and delicious
Fine place to dine out and stay back for drinks while listening to a large rang of music played by their own DJ. Great location to meet someone, or bring a friend or three.
