Mai Vang Restaurant

One night I was looking for a nice easy meal for dinner. I went down to Pier St to see what peaked my appetite. I was looking at the menu in the window of Mai Vang Chinese and Vietnamese restaurant. The host took the time to come out of the shop and asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for something tasty and full of vegetables. He asked a few questions to help me decide and I asked him what he recommended based on my choices, to which he suggested a Peking Pork. I took it home with a side of steamed rice. It was FANTASTIC. It was fresh and delicious. The vegetables were so fresh and abundant that I immediately felt I was getting a needed health boost. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I will definately be going back for more and happy to recommend. They also offer a delivery option and the host gave me a menu and also offered that I could call and order for pickup so it could be ready upon arrival.
