A sincere & hearty "thank you" to Mike & Sam for urgent work done at my home. After my husband's recently fractured leg & subsequent hospitalisation & with only a few days notice myself, they kindly fitted grab rails in the bathroom, did a small plastering job & erected a new & much needed clothes line. I'm entirely grateful for them helping me out with such little notice & so cheerfully, not to mention their very neat work at a fair price. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Unfortunately, we didn’t even receive a quote from Mike. We contacted him through Little Aussie Directory and he attended our home so we could advise what work needed to be completed. Mike advised that he will email the quote, but this was never received. We tried to contact him a few times to obtain the quote, but we never heard back from him. We don’t recommend this service given it was highly unprofessional and disappointing. We were looking forward to giving Mike some business, but as a local, he lost our business and wasted our time.
Quality of work is ok HOWEVER, strongly suggest getting quote first , as they tend is string the job out, and then pad the invoice to the max claiming excessive hours. Agreed to repair brickwork but then It was too hard. Proceed with caution!
