Was sent by insurance company, though probably would have choose them anyway as my family knew the previous owners who were great. All that needed doing was new front guard, new rim, new front bumper and check bad gauge connection. During the repair I get a phone call saying someone had reversed out of a park and hit my car in the new panel and they would have to get a new one, turns out after later seeing the video that one of their employees reversed my car into someone else’s (not sure why they lied). Then when I picked up the car I had noticed the rim hadn’t been changed, they hadn’t told me anything about it not being changed either in the phone call to pick up or when I arrived to pick it up, when I went inside to let them know they had forgotten they then said ohh yes, we couldn’t get a new one so we had to get a second hand one and send it away to get checked, they told me they’d call when it was in, also the gauge hadn’t been checked by an auto electrician. I went home and noticed (in the light as it was parked in shade when I picked it up), that there was a new dent in the door, I called them, then went back to show them. He argued that they hadn’t done it but they’d fix it anyway, the easy response if he thought they may not have done it would be look at all their cameras check when going in and out but by constantly say they didn’t do it was implying I was lying which I have proof it wasn’t done before nore after. Then the next day I went to hang my phone up and noticed they charging dock was removed from the windscreen, I search the car, glove box, centre console, floor, then rang (it was part of a $150 one that doesn’t fall off, that is why I paid that much for it). He said they don’t steal there, my first thought wasn’t theft it was perhaps they took it out for some reason, he told me it wasn’t there when I took it in, I said he should check the cameras as he has called me a lyre to many times already. He continued telling me that it wasn’t there but the tyre was so I could take it in for that, the door repair and for the gauge to be checked. I contacted the insurance company about all that had gone wrong, I told them they should check the cameras. The very next morning I get a call from them saying it was in my centre console (which I had checked), seems that it took the insurance company for him to check the cameras to notice it was there going in and not going out (which he did admit it was there and not going out), yet he continues to say that none of his workers took it off or put it in the centre console. Very unprofessional, no quality checks, no check all work completed before returning and no ownership of their (or their employees) mistakes, definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Do not even think about it. So slow and shocking work. Bad paint, parts missing and damaged parts not replaced. They tell you what you want to hear and that's about it. Excuse after excuse. Really unhappy and really angry my insurance company suggested them!

Never again. Car went in with dent on rear door. Got car back and the paint job was terrible, they marked the leather seats, broke clips inside car, and stuffed the sat nav. I will never advise anyone to go there.
