Bee did an excellent job! She fixed my shoulder. The venue is clean. Receptionist is polite. I used a Groupon voucher for my visit.

worst massage ever... bought voucher online and despite of having voucher value for oil massage clearly stated I was told this is only for Thai as amount on voucher includes voucher charges-- absurd. Menu on the wall had no distinction surprisingly.. massage started and in name of hard massage.. they ensured that out of pain I opt for oil midway and pay the difference... I though didn't wanted to be exploited. so continued. Massause started from back.. though normally after having Thai massage 100 of times it always should be foot legs moving upwards. Masseuse had no clue on strokes and ensured to make it as painful experience it can get.. that to despite of pointing out many times. Response was Thai massage are supposed to be hard as if this was my first time. Had to
finish early and still feeling sore and very disappointed. Absolute scam, don't visit to avoid unnecessary injuries.

Scam up sell on arrival to an oil massage - who wants a dry one - so you end up paying more for the massage with the voucher and up sell then you would without the voucher at some other places that offer a better service.

The quality of the massage itself is poor. Did not feel like I was born again by any means. The masseus just made an oily mess on my back. Was clumsy and did not know how to use her hands. The oil was cleaned with a cold water soaked towel so not much of a clean.

Finally there was a cross dresser at reception. Each to their own but I would not like a massage from him.

I have got a very bad experience when trying to book a time & redeem the voucher I bought on groupon and the date I wanted was 31st December, on the voucher there was no mentioning about black-out dates, nor that it's not valid on public holidays. So I have called few days in advance to book a time, but receptionist advised that they can't book me for 31st Dec as it is a public holiday (??), however, they are working that day (!), but will only accept walk-in customers. I told them that this is not what they have sold me though - receptionist said she will confirm with the owner and call me back in 10 minutes. Half an hour later I called them again to follow up and receptionist advised the owner suggested me to come on 31st and pay the full price - so obviously they didn't honor the deals they are selling, nor they value the customers (potential)! I am surprised the owner thought I might be still interested in receiving their service?! :) Anyway I was very disappointed about wasted time, have claimed the refund and never go to this place - lucky there is a big choice of thai massages nearby! Don't waste your time guys on someone who doesn't care about Customers and only care about how much they would charge you.

Great massages, friendly staff. Had. A great experience my last visit, enjoy coming here and will probably end up coming back. Well done guys great atmosphere house create for customers and excellent service.

I went here as I was given a gift from my husband. Had a foot massage, a body scrub and a facial.
The foot massage was quite enjoyable.
Body scrub was not enjoyable as the therapist used cold water to wipe the product off. As a result I was really cold for the entire treatment.
Facial was various scrubs and creams rubbed on and washed off but again cold water was used and it just was not pleasant. I did say that the water was cold but the lady didn't do anything to change. I can't be sure as she never spoke to me but I assume she did not speak English and didn't understand my complaint. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Have had a lot of Thai Massages and this was a disappointment - especially after reading very positive reviews on this site (reason for booking).
MY massage space was obviously an add-on space as it was not dark like the other areas + was right next to the waiting room and had a main air conditioner unit switching on and off throughout.
The noise from both the air conditioner and general talk outside was not condusive to a relaxing experience.
If the massage itself was in another establishment, it would have been ok.
If you want a basic foot massage or massage on voucher, then perhaps consider. Otherwise I would look elsewhere....

was given a voucher for my birthday, had a massage and footbath yesterday, while it was relaxing it didn't have the wow factor. I think it would be nice if the ladies introduced themselves and welcomed you by asking your name. Lady I had could not speak English so when I wanted to ask her something about the massage she had to get somebody to translate. I wasn't asked how I like the massage whether firm or less pressure and found it often painful and had to ask for less pressure or say "ouch".
