It's good that the management works with dogs and not people because they were so rude to me. Refused to touch my dog because they accused him of having fleas, when they realized he didn't they didn't apologize and basically had me in tears. I only left my dog to be groomed here because I didn't want to have to wait another week to get an appointment somewhere else, leaving him to endure the hot Melbourne summer.
