Took my son for therapy here for nearly 12 months because of his articulation and also some language problems. Ended up seeing 2 therapists as had to change days/times. Found the team to be excellent, great communication. Director came & introduced self and reviewed my son's progress as we went along. Would highly recommend.
This place is run by an incompetent director and speech pathologists with no experience in basic speech therapy. Claire who runs the centre, told me via email that she has no experience in speech, language and AAC use (Touch to Chat) or working with children with language difficulties.
The director, main speech pathologist should take a good look at herself and consider in taking again her degree of speech as she declaimed that she has no experience in delivering a speech program to our son.
Don’t waste your time with this organisation. You will waste your money and won’t get results.
