Super friendly and helpful staff. I get my Mazda 3 serviced here regularly and the price is always very reasonable (and a lot less than the exorbitant amounts I used to be charged by Mazda). I've always felt that the Malvern Tyre & Service team's appraisals are honest and have never felt pressured into buying something the car didn't need. I highly recommend them.

I had a puncture tyre and they said they can't fix it anymore because the tyre is old (fair enough). i was quoted initially with an overinflated price for a pair of kambrook tyres. the management thought the i don't know anything about tyre price and when they noticed i have an idea on the price, they reduced the price significantly. since i have no choice that time (all other tyre shops in the area is busy), i let them replace my tyres. if you go to the shop, you'll notice that their price for tyre and service is nowhere posted or printed. the management will give you a price based on what they thinks an acceptable price for you.

This business used to be good but not any longer. Had a wheel alignment done there 2 weeks ago. It was still pulling to the right but told to put 1000km's on it and then come back which I did. I turned up for an appointment today, made only this morning at a time requested by them only to be told I was half an hour late (I wasn't) and they couldn't work on it. This is just one of many stories of poor service, contempt for the customer that now seems to characterise the Malvern Tyre & Service experience. Never again.

Not sure about these poor reviews. These guys always give great service. My car has never run as well as it has since they've been servicing it. They always do what they can to reduce costs too. Best mechanics I've ever used.

I had a very bad experience with this business. They offered to beat the price of another tyre dealer to get me in the door and then removed my tyres from my car before telling me they were out of stock of the tyre I booked in for. They then proceeded to try and sell me another tyre that was nearly twice the price of the original quote. I had to insist that they refit the tyres again so I could go elsewhere.

They are one of the worst car dealers I came across. They donot even know how to fix wheel alignment and says that they are "Wheel Alignment Expert". I paid $80 for alignment and they could not fix it, said there are other issues with the car. I took it to another shop and they finally fix the wheel alignment. I want to give zero rating, but it is not possible!

Great experience. Popped in with flat tyre before work, tyre was fixed on the spot and at a really reasonable price. Excellent customer service, thanks guys!
