Mammoth Health

Seems like Mammoth have taken a bit of a nose-dive lately. Whenever I've been in, the service has been ok, but the new staff seem nowhere near knowledgeable enough on their products. They've also been repeatedly out of stock for an item I cannot get elsewhere.

My first visit was wonderful and I came away with different things after a conversation with a staff member excited to make a start. The same for the next visit, it was shortly after that I was loaded down with so many things and felt so overwhelmed, confused and pushed into buying products I neither wanted nor understood.

They do have an incredible range of products and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but the pushiness was too much.

Wonderful advice from the naturopaths, and I love the range they stock - including some things I previously was buying online from the US. Stacy is always wonderful when I mention I don't have much to spend for the month, and chooses the most important thing for me to focus on. In the last few weeks though, they've started messing up my appointments - writing down the time wrong in their book, calling to remind me about an appointment I'd previously cancelled... Hope those were just once-offs.

Not bad, great to have in Highton as they stock things you might struggle to find elsewhere, but they've had some staff changeover in the last year or so and I really miss the old staff! Just dont think it's the same level of service anymore, seems pushy rather than helpful now
