Do not order from them. I ordered and paid for item, NEVER SENT. Would not answer phone. Could never get in touch. It is a SCAM and I am going to report them.If only I had read reviews but they looked so legitimate.

I ordered two things and only received one. The have no contact number, so I emailed them twice - No response. I sent a third email letting them know that I will be contacting Consumer Affairs and PayPal if they don't respond in the next two business days - No response. I sent them a forth email letting them know that I would be contacting Consumer Affairs and Paypal.
Used Mammoth Pet Supplies 2016 and was pleased. Forward to Nov 2018. Disastrous. Ordered stock 2 wks later no updates. Contacted them 5 times via facebook, online dispute form, emails twice and via Paypal no response. Finally I phoned PayPal . Got Credit immediately. Thanks to Paypal my $160 is still mine. Unfortunately i would and will never use MammothPetSupplies WA ever again

Order via payapl not delivered despite them taking payment ( over 2 months since order placed.

Yep, worst customer experience ever. Placed order and tried to contact them 3 times. I opened a dispute with PayPal close to 4 weeks later. Got a refund with no explanation. Online chat is not fuctioning on their website. They have a total disregard for their customers.
Companies like these should be forced to close.
