The WORST real estate agents I have ever dealt with. Rentals team are very unprofessional, I would never allow my friends to trust Mancini with their investment properties. We were hard-working and very reliable tenants who cared for the property like it was our own. Bullied and harrassed for so-called outstanding rent. Tenants, know your rights, this agency was constantly trying to bend the rules to suit themselves, scheduling inspections early, constant drive-bys. We ensured that rent was paid in full and on time. Mancini did everything that they could to slow down the return of our bond at the end of the tenancy.

In all our dealings with them and their team we felt communications were clear, meetings were meaningful and staff were very professional, as well as warm and welcoming. Their team approach, network of potential buyers, vendor friendly sales methods and ethical standards are key components in the success of Mancini Real Estate.
The price guide set for the property was research based and realistic, making the sale price that was achieved outstanding and a testament to the extremely talented sales team.

We sold our house through them super fast! They understood our situation perfectly. No open for inspections with all and sundry traipsing through, just qualified buyers at private inspections, our house wasn't even officially on the market when they asked if they could bring 3 parties through (separately), it was going on the market the following Thursday but by the Saturday before they had an unconditional offer at a really good price. Thanks Nick, Paul and Michael! They also have a no sale no charge policy!
