Sadly I would not recommend or use these guys again. We moved from Toowoomba to Roma and was provided with 1 guy and a young boy learning on the job which took longer due to training staff. I would suggest using training for more local moves as this added at least 2.5 hours to our already long day. I found it quite difficult to speak with staff with repeated calls - staff did not return phone calls and they avoiding speaking to me as I would get a text back instead of a phone call. The most upsetting thing was that they forgot some of my furniture and then made it my problem to fetch and pay for. They declined to go half on the cost for me to recoup it. Very disappointing. In fairness the owners were not the ones that actually moved us to Roma, they hired contractors but it is their business so ultimately their responsibility. I then had to pay another courier to collect my piece of furniture that was forgotten in Toowoomba. They did agree to move a cabinet 500 meters once in Roma which was helpful but not worth the stress of everything else and extra costs."

Mick, Hannah and team helped us move from the gold coast to hervey bay lastweek. The whole process went so smoothly from our communication with mick and hannah to unloading of the truck with the boys. Mick is meticulous when loading the truck which gave me great comfort to know my personal property would make the travel undamaged. We were extremely happy with the whole experience with m&h removals and would highly recommend them for there move.

We used M&H to move my Mum from Hervey Bay to Moranbah and not only was the whole booking process easy and stress free the guys doing the moving were wonderful! They treated everything like it was their own and were extremely careful but they were also some of the nicest and funniest guys ever met. Will definitely use them for future moves!
