Called on 3 separate occasions with no answer, told to call back later each time. Based on previous bad reviews, I can see why they're more than likely closed down their business!

This HAS to be THE worst company I have ever dealt with...rude is an understatement !!!! The staff answering the phones needs a crash course in customer service and quick ! 3 times I called on 3 different occasions and got the same attitude. I was asked to hold every time only to be left while staff goes off and does other things and make a few calls, then. On the day the service was due to be carried out I called 3 times to find out a time frame and told staff would call back and staff never did...then staff tells me I'm rude and put the phone down because I said staff was !!!!

Went into this store to find a replacement head for a phillis electric razor, Once the man working there had got off the phone arguing about the price of a job, he informed me it would cost $120 for the part PLUS another $13 freight because he had none left in stock. Then tried to pressure me into ordering one and saying there is only one left at the suppliers and i might miss out if i dont order it then and there. I said no and went to another shop and they had the part i needed for $59.90. Saved $73.10 on a $59.90 part. I will never go here again.

When I rang for info on an old clothes dryer timer switch as to whether it was in stock, the receptionist was unhelpful and disinterested and refused to pass me onto someone who actually knew their way around appliances. needless to say I hung up and did not do business with them.

I have to agree with the previosu reviews on this company. Their attitude were extremely arrogant. My wife and I are thinkiong of advertising in the local paper after the lack of "customer care" on this companys part.

Don't whatever you do use this company. We had a problem with our dishwasher and called this company, they came out and said it needed resetting which they did and charged us a call out fee of 90 dollars.This did not fix the problem so they were called out again and without even checking the machine they decided it was a pressure switch that was at fault and would order one in.A week later having not heard a thing my wife rang them and was told nastily to go find someone else because they simply didn't want to do the job.I really feel that they didn't know how to fix the problem and got their 90 dollars for nothing. I will be contacting consumer affairs to have this issue sorted out.

This place is way overpriced, they charge over 2 and half times their competitors do for the same product, I also agree with other comments, they are very rude and arrogant.
